      -    Evening (Hotel DUET – in Jelcz-Laskowice) registration, free meeting at the hotel.

                                        22 and 23 August

-        Saturday morning (22 Aug.) conference room in the primary school in Bystrzyca Oławska. Registration (each participant will receive some modest gifts and a HQ-meeting-T-shirt),

-         11.00 open conference captain HQ Team – Tom SP6T than: President of UKE – Office of Electronic Communications,  Major of the Commune Oława, President of Polish Amateur Radio Union - SP2JMR,

-         Teams presentations (Power Point preferred): 5-15minutes for each. (It would be good to send the presentation before).

-         Statistics of  the  IARU Contests concerning HQ aspects (SP6T, SP5UAF),

-         Discussion - what we can do to change in IARU Contest regulations? Propositions?.

-         A CW/SSB station coupler made by SP8FUX (SP8TJU).

-         Ham spirit in the main world contests – discussion,

-         Sunday morning ~9.00 – collective photo!!!

-         We expect: 22 Aug. lunch and solemn dinner (no limits for beer – it’s free!),
23 Aug. breakfast (in hotel) lunch,

-         The Harvest Home Festival was moved specially for the time of our meeting, (folk dance & song show, prize lottery, wreaths competition, etc). The Mayor of the commune of Olawa will attend, the celebration will be at the school’s sports field on Saturday evening and all Sunday. It could be very interesting and nice.

-         Moreover it is possible to visit the reserve “Jelcz’s swamps”.

-         Airport Wrocław – Hotel; the transfer is provided by SP OMs,

-         Railway station Oława – Hotel; the transfer is provided by SP OMs,

-         Hotel – conference place (Saturday, Sunday) a special bus is arranged,

-        Hotel preference prices (depending on the standard 10 –20 Euro/day/person with breakfast), credit cards are accepted.
